Bouquet...

So, tonight I helped my best friend with her brooch bouquet. We took her Grandmother's earrings and brooches, wired them up and stuck them in her roses for her upcoming wedding.
I'm so excited! I think it turned out really well.... what do you think?

Natchez for the Day...

For my birthday, we went and visited Natchez for the day... I had a great time... going to all of the little flea market/antique shops. Had a late lunch at a wonderful place, the Pig Out Inn... some of the best BBQ ever!

Today, the husband and I decided to take a ride on the four-wheeler... I thought I would take my camera and see about getting some pictures of us.
So I put the camera on self timer and this is what I captured..

My husband and I were fortunate enough to get an invitation to a friends Thanksgiving dinner! Under one condition... I had to take pictures... well, I don't mind if I do!
Would you please pass the turkey?! **smile**

Okay... so I've known Ashleigh and Dylan's mom, Brooke, since high school... we didn't keep in touch after graduation... so it was nice to see her after all of these years!  She has a beautiful daughter and a handsome son... check out their photos and let me know what you think!  :)

Welcome to my blog!

Hi everyone!
I've been wanting to create a blog/website for a while now... just didn't really know how to go about it... but I took the plunge today and created this.  So please forgive me---it's still under construction! ;)

I'm a amateur photographer for the local Jackson area... I've been taking pictures for the last 3 years. 
I'm still learning... but I think that you never really stop learning the art of photography!
